Well-schooled in the industry, Deb spent her college years studying graphic design and her school days working in special events. She graduated on to fine tune her knowledge over 15+ years, managing all aspects of events, from production and graphics to site installs and strikes.

Trudy is the go-to person for everything from office supplies to linens and finishing touches for an event. While answering phones, placing orders and responding to everyone's questions (think human Swiss Army knife), Trudy keeps a smile on her face and is quick with a joke.

Michelle Sutton

Michelle comes to us from Maui, Hawaii where she worked for the Ritz-Carlton, Kapalua. Growing up in the Midwest, Michelle attended the University of Iowa, and went on to work for a marketing and event firm in Chicago, Illinois. Not only was Michelle a bride in 2012, she planned and designed her own wedding! Michelle’s keen eye for mixing textures, patterns, and architectural themes brings her clients innovative and unique designs, turning their event dreams into reality. Fun fact about Michelle? She love the chance to jump in a photo booth, and has hundreds of photo strips at her house!

Kara Sargent

Kara’s first passion is creative design. She earned her degree in Graphic Design from CSU and started her own Event Planning business some years ago specializing in Mountain Destination Weddings. Her collective experience with events goes back 18 years and has also been enhance with experience in catering, tent events, as a business owner and a decade working in the wealth management world making her very well rounded in her field. Kara’s ability to seek out creative solutions for all her events while providing a high level of service has earned her many accolades and happy clients. Fun fact about Kara… She is a Volunteer Ski Instructor for the NSCD (National Sport Center for the Disabled) in Winter Park.
